Last month, I was on my period for 17 days straight. Light flow was the only thing routine about it. I wore a pantyliner during the day, needed to change it once or twice and sometimes wore nothing at night since there wasn't enough blood that came out, it was just there when I wiped myself when I went to the bathroom.
Today, I have been on my period for 23 days, with a 2-day break last weekend. Again, still really light, but stopping around the evening that I'll think it's okay to take off my pad and I'll wake up with underwear full of blood. This last week, its been going away during the day so I don't need to wear a pad and "comes back" at night while I'm sleeping or when I wake up early in the morning. It will feel like I've gotten wet from arousal, I can even feel it coming out of me, but it turns out its blood. And then it goes away for the rest of the day. Its just enough that comes out to wear one of those teeny tiny pantyliners, or make my underwear "soggy" if I think it's safe not to wear one, and it's always visible on the toilet paper when I go to the bathroom.
Has anyone ever experienced this before or know what the heck could going on? All the information on the internet is telling me I'm having miscarriage. I am not pregnant nor have I been pregnant, this is not a miscarriage. I have never been on any on birth control.
It's bad enough having a period, I don't need to last a month long.
