    Periods while on depo

    I got my first depo shot nov 1 and I started my period nov 18 which was just spotting and the 19th was spotting but on nov 20 I started full blown and heavy and have not stopped yet can any one please tell me how long this period is gonna last I go for my second shot jan 31 which I am scared to go get since I am bleeding like this on the first shot.Can some one please tell me what to do

    I first received depo i wanna say 2-3 years ago i only stayed on it for a year, and they kept telling me it was just spotting and i had it full blown period the whole time i was on it. Then i was swapped to seasonique and know going to lybrel (lybrel is a year round active pill so basically depo in pill form) im sorry your having that issue

    Hey i had the same problem while i was on depo,they kept me on it for a year and i bled the entire time. i finally said i had enough and i got swapped to seasonique and now swapping to lybrel (which is depo in pill form basically just different levels) im sorry that your dealing with that too
