We had a beautiful day - It was 63 degrees. It is hard to believe that 4 weeks ago we were having a blizzard. What a difference a few weeks makes.

I went for a walk at lunch today. it was so nice to get outside and was a nice break from work.

The weather does seem to change overnight! We had very nice days since Sunday. Today we expect rain and the next few days too. I hope it doesn't get cooler after the rain!

I think I have been getting firmer since using the wii. I have used it everyday and like to do the steps. They have a few different kinds of steps so I can vary it. A friend of mine knows I got it and asked if I lost any weight! I thought that was a funny question to hear from a man! But he said he knows I was working on it so didn't mean to sound rude.

I'm off to work. Have a nice day, Linda

Linda, isn't it a great feeling when you do the hard work and it actually pays off?

BTW.. what happened to edit feature? It was nice to be able to go back and correct those spelling mistakes. this new format is nice, but it isn't as user friendly as the older versions.

I'm off to the shelter for the afternoon. Once again we have too many animals and not enough good homes for the to go to.enjoy the beautiful and..take care..phyllis
