Good morning everyone!

We are getting closer to warm weather and times we think about making more trips and vacations. Does anyone have suggestions for what they might bring along on a car trip to snack on but won't get all over the car?? It would have to be easy to store and of course not too distracting for anyone. I like to divide natural(not salted) almonds into smaller bags like the snack baggies. This is good for small fruits ect. Rasins are good too.

have a good day, Linda

Hi Linda, i tried to write yesterday, but it wouldn't let me. When we go on road trips I take baby carrots to munch on. Animal crackers are another good bite size snack that isn't messy. Larry always stops and get a bag of jerky and one of corn nuts along with a bottle of Gold Peak tea. I usually stick with flavored water. If you take a small lunch cooler with you can take along cheese sticks or yogurt. Do you have any trips planned?

Its a dreary day here, it can't decide if its going to drizzle or rain. Have a good week...take care..phyllis

Hi Phyllis,

I went to Georgia with my friends in geneology. We went to find a gravestone of one's family members and get pictures of it. We found 2. Then when we left we dicided to go thru Savannah on the spur of the moment! We took a guided tour on a trolley thru town. On the way home we stopped for dinner before we left Ga. It was a nice day and the weather stayed good.

I am trying to plan something in the future but our trip made me wonder what everyone else did.
