Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well. Fall is trying to be here, the nights are very cool and days are still pretty warm.

Some of the guys we teach are getting sick. One was nauseaus and had to go home last Tuesday. I was assigned to him and went to stay with him since no one is in home til afternoon. Thursday night I started vomiting. That stopped Friday morn but was replaced by the big D! That's been going on since then. I've lost almost 10 pounds!! I have to sip water carefully or it sets it off again. My daughter got me meds and gatorade, she needs to make another trip to store. I wonder if they would laugh if I tried to get workman's comp for this!! lol I hear another staff at the house came down with it too. I had to cancel all my weekend plans.

It's sunny outside - I do take Hemi out on leash in yard sometimes. When my daughter's home she will. Have a good weekend, Linda

Linda, I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Throwing up is bad enough but to have the big D with it is too much! Good that you're drinking Gatorade--just don't let yourself get dehydrated. Can't believe you've lost close to 10 pounds already. Lousy way to lose it though!

Fall is here and I'm very happy with the cooler temperatures. Leaves are just starting to turn colors and some of them are very pretty. Not pretty when you have to rake them!

Thanks, I am back at work......gained a few pounds back! But I'm glad to be able to get up and move around without feeling so weak! After I was back a couple of days my individual kept sitting on floor....we can't let them so we help them up. After this all day(and other staff helping) I pulled a muscle in my chest and put him back on the floor! I'm back on light duty but can help the guys by getting all our books in order and making sure they are filled in correctely. take care, Linda
