After all this time i finally figured out how to put a picture on the board. This is an arms length picture we took when we went walking at a nature refuge near our home on Valentine's Day. The handsome guy with me is Larry. we are standing on a deck overlooking a frozen snow covered backwater of the Illinois River.

I hope everybodies weather is getting better. We're having warmer temps, but not warm enough to melt the ice in our backyard. Between the ice and melted ice on top of it walking to feed the chickens it a real adventure and walking in the fields is becoming a muddy mess. I can't wait for all this water to go away..i miss my walking routes.

Have a good day..take care..phyllis

Hi Phyllis--I like the photo of you and Larry. I still don't know how to post one though.

We're having warmer temperatures too but there's now a crust on all the snow in the backyard. Maybe by this weekend a lot of should melt--it's supposed to get near 50 degrees.

Have a great day!

Hi Phyllis,
I like the picture. I do like being able to do the pictures. I joined Facebook a while back and so learned how to do the pictures there.

Sounds like you're having an adventure getting around in the mud. We had a lot of mud in our yard also. We have a place where everyone runs over it with their tires. Our drive way looks like a used car lot. LOL My son has a couple of cars, and when my duaghter is there with her van, and my husband with his car it gets pretty tight making turns.

I get to park in the garage, but it does make getting out a bit rough.

Have a good one
