My daughter is 10 an dis really having a hard time in school. When I help her at home, it becomes a fight and she ends up melting on me. How do I help her and also help build her self esteem. She is constantly saying "see, i stupid" I'm really stuck on how to work this

Has your daughter had an educational evaluation before? Maybe she has a learning disability?
I would contact an educational center that offers help/evaluations with children who struggle with school and school work. Many of these centers offer tutoring also. Maybe just having a tutor work with her, would take the pressure off of you and her.
Look through your local newspaper or childrens publication to find a specialist.
