want to know the differences of add and bipolar . i am 23 and have been diagnosed bipolar but i feel that im more add and have very uunorganized forgetful moments and cant pay attention to a book and never have really read a book cover to cover even in school. i was is ld classes and i dont belive very many doctors who have diagnosed me know any of my past history to base it on. i know myself and ive worked tremendously hard to figure it out. i am depresed but i get frustrated when people dont "get what im saying" or i have a hard time listening and reading so it takes me months ro open mail at this rate by age 50 i will be a hoarder. i do impulsive obbsessive things but i can never make up my mind on anything and this is a hard one to decid i ask my freinds and a few agree with me but how do i get a dr to understand when i never can organize my thoughts
