I've been on Adderall 20mg XR + 10mg IR (afternoon) for 6 months. For the past 2 months the 20mg XR dose has not helped at all. In fact i am falling asleep during the day. The 10mg IR dose works fine.
i don't understand why this is? I've told my doctor but he says he can't increase it.
What is the typical dose of XR for a 41 yr old male 145lbs? I've read its at least 40mg XR.
Is the dose figured out by weight and age? What can i do about this? The fatigue and concentration problems are affecting my work a lot.
