I was diagnose with ADD when I was a CHild and have survived without medication but now I'm 34 and it's worse than when I was a kid. What's the most common prescribed ADD meds right now so I dicuss it with my doc?

I was on Concerta (54 - 72mg) for years but started getting headaches, chest pain and was irritable so Dr switched me to Vyvanse. I've read a ton of good reviews on it, I have only been on it for....3 hours! I will be posting my review once I've been on it a while. Search for behavior modification techniques too, they really help. In summary - get enough sleep, healthy diet with lots of Omega 3's, and exercise. Good luck!
