    Hello lrafferty,

This community as well as our Bipolar Community are great places to start for support and information from fellow members as well as our experts. If you have any questions or are looking for advice, please don't hesitate to post.

Both communities have "Tips" and "Resources" sections on the left side of the page that are filled with helpful information. You can also visit our ADD & ADHD Health Center and our Bipolar Disorder Health Center , which have articles, slideshows and resources that cover everything from day-to-day living to the latest headlines.

    Best wishes,
    Atti
