My son (10 year old brainiac) is on Vyvanse. It has changed his world! Major improvements. One caveat is that he would get these terrible headaches and get a little miserable when the medication wore off. I take Nature Made brand Omega 3-6-9 twice a day and so I told him to take one in the morning when he takes his pill. I didn't know if it would help anything but, I figured he should be taking them anyway. IT HELPED A LOT!! I never expected such a great difference. The headaches are gone completely and it is difficult to tell when the medicine wears off now because he is calmer! He also told me that he actually sees improved focus at school too! This is a kid who hates swallowing pills. Especially pills as big as the Omega soft gels are. He is so happy that the headaches are gone that he doesn't care about the giant soft gel or the fishy aftertaste! Really worth a shot!
