Help with products for Air freshing for Alergic Co-worker

I could use some help. We have a coworker who is very sensitive to smells like perfume and air freshner, so we avoid these things. However, she has several medical problems that result in her bathroom visits leaving smells so bad they have made myself and other coworkers vomit. She's in the care of a doctor, but we are trying to find something to use in the bathroom to remove her smell, without making the bathroom unusable for her with sprays and smells. I was thinking something that might absorb smells that we could stick on the wall. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We dont want to make this a hostile workplace for her, but having to wait 30 minutes for the bathroom to air out (it has no windows, its in a turn of the century library building in the basement) is unacceptable too.

Wow, there isn't any other bathroom she can use? I would have an air purifier installed, one that works full time or when light is turned on. It is too bad the woman is allergic to perfume & air freshnerers. There are odor eliminators, you can have in bathroom, that have no scent, no allergy problems. Also, another is baking soda odor absorbers. No allergy problems there either. Hmm, "medical problems" causing bathroom smells, she is too lazy to use over the counter products that would help her body's system eliminate odors. How inconsiderate of her. Even if she is OLD that isn't an excuse today. Sorry, I'd use Lysol spray after she stunk up the bathroom & ignore her complaints.

I never thought of the baking soda products to absorb. Thank you!
