Peanut Allergy and RAST Scores

My son is 8 years-old and has >100 in RAST scores for peanut allergy according to a blood test done in September 2011. We have known of this allergy since his first reaction when he was 1 1/2 year-old. The number is really high but he never had any reaction. Well, we never gave him any peanut but he has eaten plenty of food 'made in a factory that deals with peanuts', has eaten food with peanut oil that we were not even aware and have never had to use the epi pen.

I just don't understand that having such high scores, shouldn't he have had more reactions? or being more sensitive to ANY peanut in anything?

Any opinion would be helpful! Thanks!
