Night Time Allergies

I've been told by several doctors that I have something called Night Time Allergies. Every day, 365 days a year, at about 4 pm, I get very "stuffy". I don't sneeze much, but I can't breathe through my nose. Every day I go through the same rituals. I wash my face with warm water, (rubbing my sinus glands the whole time), put on a nasal strip, use nasal spray (sometimes Afrin sometimes Saline), then turn on my humidifier and pour in the menthal additive, and finally, I put Vicks Vapor Rub directly under my nose. After an hour or 2, I start to feel some relief but not much. I'm so stuffy, I can't eat because I can't chew and breathe threw my nose at the same time. Does any one know what this is or what causes it or what I can do that will really give me some relief. I've had it for about 15 years. By the time I wake up in the morning, I'm better. HELP!!!
