Need help understanding test results

I need help understanding test results recently completed. I have suffered from circular raised itchy spots about the size of the nickel over my body since Dec 2011, having gone to multiple PCP visits, then referred to Dermatologist who subsequently referred to Allergist/Immunologist. After multiple tests, the Allergist/Immunologist has basically said that while various tests were abnormal, he does not know what is wrong w/me, says that I'm unusual, and has referred me back to Dermatologist. At this point, I don't know what to do and I'm not sure what type of doctor I need to go to next. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Below are the results from my blood tests:
