Swollen lip

I am a 28 year old Caucasian Female. I do not smoke or drink, not even socially. I don't drink soda or coffee. I have had a constant swollen lower lip for over a year now. Its not so much my actual lip but just under it. It looks like I am pushing my tongue over my bottom row of teeth into my bottom lip. It will fluctuate from day to day but it has never gone away since it appeared. Yes, my lip has been constantly swollen for over a year. I have tried everything I can think of. The doctors tried every allergy medication, steroids, creams allergy tests, blood work, ect. Everything I have tried has had zero effect on the swelling. I have changed every product that I come into contact with, dish soap, hand soap, dental floss, tooth past, make up, shampoo, laundry detergent… you get the point. Nothing. I tried changing what I eat with no results. I only ate organic white rice and organic unseasoned chicken for 2 weeks and only drank water. Nothing. I am beyond frustrated. About 2 to 3 months ago the swelling also moved to my upper lip as well. (Not so much my upper lip but just above it) My lip is so tender from being constantly swollen that it hurts to smile. Has anyone had a similar problem that was successfully treated? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
