Pressure in cheekbones

Hello, I have been feeling pressure in my left cheekbone lately and was wondering what it could be. Along with the pressure I have been feeling a cold sensation. I am not sure if it stems from a recent sinus infection or not. The sinus infection has long since gone away but the pressure in my cheekbones is still here. I have checked my sinuses for sinusitis and have found nothing. I am wondering if possibly there has been nerve damage from the sinus infection. Any information would help.
