Symptoms of Glycol Allergy
avatar
JudithEve posted:
I have been allergic to propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol for almost two years,(gradually figured it out myself) but my symptoms are not the typical skin issues. I was told I might have interstitial cystitis (IC). My symptoms are pelvic pain and inflammation, and pelvic adhesions. If I manage to avoid these chemicals, symptoms improve and even disappear, until the next hit, which is almost unavoidable. Does anybody else have this?? I feel that some people are getting the awful diagnosis of IC, but they really need to know about an allergy, maybe the same one I have.
