Propylene Glycol allergy and sodium laureth sylfate

zangopeach posted:
I have recently been diagnosed with an allergy to glycols and sodium laurel sulphate and it is a nightmare. I have been unable to take my usual antihistamines to stop the side effects as it contains propylene glycol. Is there anyone that can help me with this allergy and give me some advice on any products I can use for personal care, fabric softner, washing powder and especially antihistamines. I live in the UK so would be unable to go into any US stores. Thank you so much for any help.
