I have had almost constant head pressure (ears, eyes, sinuses, etc) for months with no congestion. It causes massive dizzy spells. Sometimes so bad that I think I need to go to the hospital. It has been about 4 months. I have never had allergies in the past. An ENT says there is a little bit of swelling up the left nostril. There is no hearing loss. Ii have tries Claritin, Zyrtec, and Mucinex D to no avail. What could this be? Please help if you know anything or need further explanation. Thanks, S
