I have year round allergies, but I have noticed since moving to the mainland during the cold months Fall - Spring my feet and tips of my fingers would get very itchy, I tried the athlete foot cream, spray none of that work. I am thinking if I should try Allegra cream ( I think I've seen that at the drug store). I did go to the doctors, and I don't have fungi.
