my daughter is 20 yrs old and is allergic to all fruits all vegetables, vinegar, raw eggs, soy, chocolate. she is going on a mission trip to Alaska does anyone have a receipe for a granola or protein bar so she can bring these with her to have something to eat in case the local food is not good for her?

Since it appears she can tolerate nuts and gluten, most granola is ok if you obviously avoid the chocolate. Obviously watch out for soy oils if they cause a problem.
