    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Nutritional substitutes for Nuts

    How many times have you seen an article espousing the benefits of eating nuts or seafood? The oils from these foods aid your health in numerous ways, but what do you do if you have nut or seafood allergies? Or Both!? What foods should you add to your diet to get the same benefits ascribed to nuts and seafood?

    have you tried quinoa? there's a new presentation it's like an instant powder you can add it to juices and creams. I don't think is in us now but you can check here http://bit.ly/16z2Xd5
