How long do pecans take to pass through your system if you have a nut allergy?
My dad just ate a couple on accident and is deathly allergic. this was 4 hours ago, and he has taken 3 benadryls....

Hi, When in and emergency situation such as this one, never come to the internet for immediate help. Get to the ER or call a doctor immediately. I hope your Dad is doing fine.
