I agree, the AAAAI is a great site, and is very geographically precise and updated very frequently.

Also, check to see if your allergist has his/her own website, which may feature pollen counts. I know my allergist does his own pollen and mold counts, and it's wonderful. Judy

However, I created a browser buttun to my region. This site is useful to me year round since I have year round pollen allergies. It is also useful to those of you who suffer mold allergies since they also count that.
