Egg white allergy

When dealing with an egg white allergy, many foods are removed from your diet, such as: eggs, cookies, cake, muffens, french toast, ect. You can still have the yolks, but you have to be very careful, some of the egg white can sneak by. I am allergic to egg whites and I have to carry an epinephine injection pen with me at all times. So do not leave without that pen if you are required to carry one. Check the dates on your eppi pens, sometimes they do expire and using expired epinephine is dangerous. I have caught my eppi pens being expired and called my doctor to have them replaced. So make sure you are secured and prepared for anything when dealing with this type of allergy.
