regain you taste and smell

I lost my sense of taste and smell 4 years ago and have had multiple operations as well as daily flushed my nose with Pulmacort . My doctor at MG in Boston told me an allergy doctor told him he had some success with having the patient use 2 pulmacort respules mixed in the rinsing solution of distilled water, sea salt and bake soda. The difference is instead of simply using a syrenge over the sink and rinsing your nose you need to lay on a bed with your head hanging over the side and using a syringe fill each nostril with the solution above and let it sit for a few minutes. I tried this and can now taste and smell Alleluia ! It works try it. IF any questions I would be happy to answer them at rik1445@hotmail.com
