2nd one on the list was the answer to your question. I also have had the same problem and turns out I am allergic to dust mites, roaches, grass, pecan tree pollen, cats, dogs and birds but the only thing I found out is that need to take the alegra and nasonex for my allergies but I am also taking medication for my ashma which is singular and advair in which it has been helping but the most important thing is to take my medication daily and to get rid of the sorse that is making me sick like I have clean my bedroom where I sleep from dust and also put covers on my pillows and mattress for the dust mites. Roaches well I have put defogers in the whole house. Carpet needs to be cleaned or get rid of it. I am doing better but I do go back to the doctor in 3 weeks.
