. I don't know what to think anymore. I am a week late today. I did take 2 tests on Sunday and they both came up negative, but after sitting for a few hours they were positive. I know you are not supposed to read them after 10 minutes but they never did that before so I don't know what to think. My boobs hurt and today I am nauseous. I did take the one test with FMU but both tests I took were generic dollar tree tests. DH doesn't think I am pregnant but we both agreed if I don't get AF in a few days I will buy a First response.

Also I am extremely tired, not normal AF fatigue but yawning all day and ready to crash by 4pm. I realize that the lines may have been evaporation lines but dangit I just want an answer. Its been 36 days since last AF. How long did it take you for AF to come back Lyndee?

My first PG test with DD didn't show up positive within the recommended window to read it in either so I threw it away. For some reason I went back about 10 min. later and a VERY faint second line had shown up. These were ones I ordered from early-pregnancy-tests.com so I don't know how good they are. I bought a first response after that and got a faint but unmistakable positive.
As far as I understand pregnancy tests to work, that second line will not show up at all, no matter how long it takes, unless the hormone is detected that indicates pregnancy. So for me, a result like the one you described was a positive! Sounds good to me mama!!!

See Jen I thought that too. I have taken several pregnancy tests before, trying and not trying to conceive and all negatives have stayed negative. The lines are even pink too! I don't know what to think but I will def. buy a first response if I don't start AF by thurs.

Just took my last Dollar store test and there was a line! It was VERY faint but it was pink and was within the time limit. I texted DH and he said we will get a First Response on Thursday just to be sure. Sending lots of baby dust to everyone else who is trying.

.....see the only other time I have been this late is when I started my pills a week late and then it came on schedule as if I didn't do anything to it 
.....but I truly don't remember how long it took when we were trying to conceive before. See I stopped pills in April got Af, then again got AF in May then June comes and no AF. So according to before I shoulda got AF by now
