From the People's Pharmacy newsletter that I get every week, here is an article about drugs that are inappropriately prescribed to older people, and the problems some of them can cause.

Hi Carol,

I read parts of this article and it mentions Benedryl. I'm so glad that I remembered the Melatonin. I haven't found anything bad about it. If you know of anything, please let me know.
