Hi Staying_Good_Shape,

Glad to see you are taking steps for a healthy life and brain. Exercise is by far the best thing you can do - even a 30 minute walk 3-7 times a week is associated with a delay of onset and an increase in brain volume. Apples, grapes, etc. and a Mediterranean diet also may help. And, recent resesarch indicates that the caffeine in 3 cups of coffee a day delays onset and sharpens the brain.

We'd love to hear about some of the things you are trying out.

Hello Dr,
Thanks for the advice, I have long maintained exercise patterns, AND, recently I began using a product named 'NutriBullet'.

Received it about month ago, and begun the 'Fruits & Vegetables' meal style.
Somewhat new to me honestly, but have begun to do meals more & more. Lot-to-learn....
They mention the Mediter diet in their 'Brain Blast' cook books.
Learning to recognize 'avocado's & such in the supermarket!
