I got my last period around Feb. 16th. My boyfriend and i had sex the next weekend and then just recently, the 16th of march was the last time we have had sex. I am on the pill and have been since october and only missed one in that time period. I have missed my period for this month. Or i think. On the 17th of march i had symptoms of getting my period: cramps, sore breasts, bloating. I bled for six hours or less so im not sure if that was my period. So i took one pregnancy test on the 22nd of march, 5 days after my period was suppose to come. and then i just took another on 29, 12 days after my period was scheduled to come. They both came back negative. I found out that i have had a bladder infection for the past week and a half and i just went to the doctor two days ago for it. Im confused as to what my missed period could be from? the pill..pregnancy..bladder infection..

With 2 negative tests after your period was due then more than likely are not pregnant, but you may want to get a blood test and ultrasound to be extra sure. You odd/missed period could have been from the pill or from the bladder infection. Though make sure you follow up with your Dr. to figure out what's going on.

    Best of Luck.
