I don't know what's happening anymore

Lately I have been having feeling that don't make sense, because they aren't happiness or sadness and can't be defined by word. My feelings can only be described by pure thought. I can't put them into any language, I can't show anyone how I feel. I'm alone, I have been having mini panic attacks, questioning reality, even giving myself delusions. I simply don't know whats going on with me and I feel like I'm going to explode. I'm only 14 but I can't handle the stress of this age! I feel like I'm dying and I can't stop it. Someone please help me.

Hi, what is going on in your life right now? Is school over for you yet, or are you worried about final exams? I'm just trying to figure out what could be happening to make you so stressed out at such an early age.

Can you talk to your parents, an older close relative or the school counselor?

Being a teenager can always be an extremely stressful time in anyone's life and at 14, I would imagine that you are getting ready to enter high school and that means a major adjustment.

I hope that you are discussing this with either both or one of your parents so that they can provide some support and help to you. The fact that you indicate how you feel currently is even "giving myself delusions," would lead me to believe that you do deserve all the support that can be provided to you right now.

Before anything else, I think that you need to have a complete medical exam to find out if there is anything that needs medical attention. Many times there can be small changes that can cause these types of feelings and thoughts and they can come from simple things like changes in diet, not enough sleep and a high level of stress. Please talk to either of your parents or, perhaps, your mother so that they can help.

I know how difficult this must be for you, but your parents can be very helpful, so you are not alone in this.
