It's like I made myself force myself to not want her she is currently pregnant with my child. I had my first anxiety/panic attack in march it is now July.

It seems that there has been a software problem here on our board and I know this because I did answer your post several days ago but it, obviously, was never posted to the board. I apologize for this because of the software but I also want to let you know that I did not neglect to answer your post.

I understand how difficult this must be right now since your former girlfriend is now pregnant with your child. This has to be extremely stressful for you and I would think that it would help if you had someone to speak to face-to-face regarding this. It is something where you will have to make a number of important decisions for yourself and for your child so you do need someone who can be objective.

To help yourself with your anxiety, it might be helpful if you began to use the relaxation breathing that we have in our Tips column it is a video tutorial and you can learn this technique within a few minutes, use it throughout the day, several times a day and this can help you to reduce some of your anxiety. It's not the total answer to your current situation, but it can help with it.
