Patricia Farrell, PhD responded:
Undoubtedly, you have been through some horrendous situations and that would leave anyone feeling concerned, uncomfortable and even, as you describe, angry. How have you gotten help for any of this?#next_pages_container { width: 5px; hight: 5px; position: absolute; top: -100px; left: -100px; z-index: 2147483647 !important; }

You indicated you are still a teenager and I'm wondering what your parents have done and how they have involved themselves in trying to help you with this. One thing that has to be considered is family therapy because you are living at home and you do need the support and understanding of everyone living with you. You also, most probably, would benefit from having individual therapy so that you can go over highly personal issues with a therapist.

Please discuss with your parents the options that I have outlined here. I do hope things improve for you very soon and that your parents are receptive to joining with you in therapy.
