    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I'm not an MD, but I believe the current thinking is that e-cigars are not good for you.

Check it out with your doc and see if there's anything that needs attention.

I read your other post - this is something you need to talk to your doctor about. I know its very scary to feel your heart pound in your chest when you lay down. It use to happen to me before I found out I have stage one hypertension.

As for E-cigar - you may be getting a whole bunch of nicotine - that you are absorbing very fast - faster than a regular cig - that could be causing the pounding.

Go see a doctor - never ignore your heart. Better to see a doctor and find out nothing is wrong than to wait for something wrong to happen.
