Dry lips
An_250714 posted:
I think I am crazy! Are dry lips and dry mouth symptoms of anxiety? My lips are so dry they hurt. I am not licking them, and am using lip balm constantly.
Any suggestions?

For sure! Sometimes when I have anxiety not only do I have a dry mouth but my tear ducts shut down. Perhaps your lip balm isn't working well. Here's a tip I learned from a dental assistant: take a vitamin e gelcap, poke a hole in it, and rub that on your lips. It does a wonderful job of moisturizing. I get mine at the dollar store. Good luck!
