    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Coming here and reaching out is a good start. There are many here who will understand how you feel. You may be physically alone but you aren't alone in your feelings. If it's possible to do, at least try to get out every day and take a walk. Even if it's a short one. I know these feelings are overwhelming, but there is a way out. I think the most important thing might be to find a way to distract yourself right now. Find a way to help something. Even if it's just petting a cat or watering a plant. Find a way to get out of your own head a bit. I've been there.

Not only do you need friends, IMO you also needs Medication and a therapist. And that's nothing to be ashamed about. There are so many of us who have benefited from that and from my experience, I wished it had come along sooner. What about family - do you have any nearby? If so, please reach out. Everyone needs help and support now and then. Please, please see a doctor - that will most likely be a major step toward happier times.
