    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

My doctor has told me that I have been suffering from anxiety, however I'm starting to wonder is it normal. Basically I feel like everything in my life is going so well and that eventually it's going to go. Why should I be so lucky something's got to give. I feel like if something is going to happen I won't be able to handle that I'll just fall apart . Does anyone else feel this way? Or know what I'm suffering from?

Sounds like one of the manifestations of anxiety to me! I've been through this before too. Along with following your doctor's advice, don't neglect positive self talk. Say to yourself "I can do this. I can handle this. Even if something bad happens, I can deal with it." Say it even if it feels like a lie, say it till you believe it.
