Could anxiety cause chest tightness for a month?

I'm going to try to make this as short as possible.
I have had chest tightness for about a month now. I've had the following tests:
Chest ct, numerous chest xrays (different doctors), allergy test, heart sonogram, ekg, brain ct, and blood tests.
All of them came back fine.
I take omeprazole for reflux/heartburn and lopressor for my blood pressure.
When I say chest tightness, I don't mean pain. It doesn't hurt. It's just a tight feeling that makes me feel as if it's harder to breathe, but I'm really breathing fine - I suppose. All of the oxygen levels have been good too. The allergy doctor gave me singulair and dulera inhaler to use, but really no diagnoses. I've never had asthma or anything.
I will also note, it seems to feel better after I eat. Anyone ever experience anything like this? It's not there all the time, but about 90% of the time, everyday. I don't seem to be anxious or worrying about anything though...

I don't know what it is in your case, but I do know that I have spent long periods of time with that very feeling simply because of anxiety. I even had difficulty breathing from it yesterday.

I experience chest pains sometimes but I strongly believe it's from indigestion. Which I read from various sources, can be a symptom of anxiety.

You may be experiencing a symptom of pre-anxiety or panic attack. It's common for anxiety attacks to obstruct your breathing or make it more difficult.

When it first started I had a panic attack because of it. Went to the ER and he said it was anxiety, gave me ativan. However, this feeling of tight breathing is still there. Strange thing though, it seems to get better when I eat - and when I'm in the swimming pool..?

Does the swimming pool relax you or make you feel less anxious? Also, does progressive muscle relaxation help?

I guess it does. I just turn on some music and swim/float around.
