Marijuana & Anxiety

Just about everything I have looked up says that marijuana can worsen or even cause anxiety from levels of minor to extreme, temporary to permanent. I myself have noticed my degree of anxiety as well as temper to be increasing over the past couple years, so I've cut down the smoking to less than 10% of what it once was. any type of information (whether it be your own experience or facts you have found) would help me, my friends, and anyone else searching this on the web to obtain the motivation we need to quit the stuff entirely.
