Anxiety and/ or ADD

Hello, I have GAD (General Anxiety Disorder), but I'm having problems concentrating. I'm not sure if it's because of the anxiety or, possibly, ADD. Should I see a psychiatrist or a psychologist? My previous counselor

If you have access to a psychologist, by all means, ask them about this. It is documented however that anxiety can cause problems with concentration. That happens to me too. My mind will race around and not stay on the topics it should. So you may not have ADD at all.
