I've been trying to find way to deal with my anxiety. It seems i get overwelmed at times when i go out in public places or when i'm walking ddown the street. Stress has always be one of my triggers lately and i some healthy coping skills. I tend to isolate myself from become when I become overwelmed and I want to move away from that
