Tai chi, an ancient Chinese form of exercise for health maintenance, can be useful to just about everyone and it can relieve stress and help with movement. I've posted a number of videos which demonstrate this technique for people with arthritis, osteoporosis and even those in wheelchairs or who need to be seated. Although these are all videos from Dr. Lam, a family physician and tai chi expert, I am not indicating you should buy anything. It's just to give you an idea what it is and then you might want to join a local group at one of the community centers in your area or even suggest they start one if they don't already have a tai chi group.
