I am so glad to hear you talk about this situation. I myself have been going through this for years. Mine started when I moved overseas. I think the language barrier really started it. I kept thinking now I am going to be in a foreign country and don't know how to ask where the bathroom is. I can feel it coming, like a hot flash and all of a sudden it is too late. I try not to eat foods that might upset my stomach, but sometimes its a simple thought and it puts me in a panic.
