When I have anxiety or my panic attacks what really helps me is taking really really deep breaths and holding them in for a few seconds. And the biggest thing that helps me is talking to somebody about anything to get my mind off of it. And I pray. see when I have my panic attacks I get shaky ands lightheadedness and I feel like I can't breath and like I'm going to die and I just completely freak out.
