Hi I am new to this.I would like to get some info.I am thinking i could be suffering from Panic attacks.I was recently at our swimming pool and they have a section of what they call the LAZY River and it sprays water in your face alot of water.Everytime I get close i start to get anxious and when i get to the water part my chest tightens and I feel like i cant breathe and I have to get out of the water as fast as i can which isnt fast enough. And I gasp for air and then as soon as i am through it I calm down but the feeling of not being able to breathe is there. Please tell me what this is but I can been having alot of them lately. When i talk to my counselor about my family trying to take my son away from me I got one too.People are telling me its nothing but I know its something to me and it's starting to scare me.Please help!!!
