Finger tricks

Right before my panic attacks/anxiety got bad, I was learning to do finger tricks such as finger rolls, finger tutting, etc. Doing things like that when I'm panicking let me know that my reaction time is okay, I'm not about to die or anything. It doesn't fix the problem, but it certainly keeps it from getting worse a little.
