    CONFIRMED, SEVERE, SEVERE, ANXIETY DISORDER

I have been a nervous wreck my entire life, I had a bleeding duodenal ulcer when I was 15. Combine that with my parents confirming the bipolar disorder started when I was 11. The diagnosis was that I had growing pains I SWEAR !!!

A FEW MONTHS AGO I BROKE OUT IN HUGE ROUND BLOODY SORES FROM HEAD TO TOE, THOSE SORES WERE ON EVERY INCH OF MY BODY AND THEY BLED SPONTANEOUSLY . IT WENT ON FOR MONTHS, I COULD NOT GO ANYWHERE. I WENT TO MD ANDERSON HOSPITAL AND HAD THE SORES BIOPSIED. THE RESULT WAS ACUTE, VERY SEVERE ANXIETY.

If I even felt a twinge I would go in my room, light a candle, make it as dark as I could and lay on the bed and do the breathing. Since I am bipolar, I cannot meditate because my mind is going a million miles a minute. I forced myself to breathe every day, in the passed I would disassociate completely and I still sometimes do it.

I ABSOLUTELY SWEAR THE BREATHING WORKS, AT LEAST FOR ME. IT CAN'T HURT TO TRY IT.

Best of luck, we need it

    Allison
